this is a chakra focused healing session. it is not required, but it is recommended you move to a peaceful space & practice stillness during your selected time slot. this allows you to connect w/ & process the reiki energy in the moment.
the reiki session generally takes about 30 mins. once i complete the session, i will interpret the energy i channeled as i was performing the reiki, type it up & send it to you.
